HANSON, Agnes Gertrude, 93, a resident at Brighton Gardens of Brentwood, died Saturday, October 16 after a long and difficult battle with Parkinson's Disease. She was born on October 1, 1917 in Sheboygen, Wisconsin, of Henry and Lena Krepsky Opgenorth. She was predeceased by her husband William, a brother and two sisters. She leaves two sisters: Helen Fein, 94, of San Diego, CA and Marie Mattera, 91, of Kensington, NH. She also leaves 18 nieces and nephews. Agnes Graduated in 1935 from Templeton High School, Templeton, Massachusetts, earning high honors in the Commercial Education Department. She and her husband moved to Nashville where she was a secretary for Lockheed Martin Corporation. She was a communicant of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Nashville. At her request, there are no calling hours or funeral, but a simple graveside service at Harpeth Hills Memorial Gardens where she will be laid to rest beside her husband.
