Adam Qualls

QUALLS, Adam Keith, age 28 of Smyrna, Georgia and Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away January 20, 2011. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Duran and Ellene Qualls, Chester and Rebecca Hayes; and his uncle Ronnie Qualls. Survivors include his parents, Keith and Becky Hayes Qualls; sister, Kelly Qualls; fiance', Kim Daniel and her son Connor Callen; aunts, Malissa Richard Rice and Polly Gene Wade; uncle, Sam Qualls; special great uncle, Harold Qualls; many cousins, and his extended Atlanta family. Family and friends will serve as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be his Atlanta friends. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, January 24th at 10:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home with Rev. Don Hutchinson officiating. Interment will follow in the Speck Cemetery in Crawford, TN. Visitation with the family will be on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at HENDERSONVILLE MEMORY GARDENS AND FUNERAL HOME, 615824-3855
